Reflection: Skills on Wheels

For the micro-module, Skills on Wheels, I had chosen to complete the following 2 modules: 1.      Handle Face-to-Face Interview 2.      Converse with Confidence I felt that these two were the most relatable topics I would need to master before my IWSP which would be commencing next month. As someone who is always nervous before interviews, I knew I had to definitely learn more about handling face-to-face interviews better. Meanwhile, confidence in school I very different from confidence at work as it is a totally new environment and I wanted to learn more about communicating with confidence. 1.      Presentation Showcase My team includes Cheryl, Christine and Tricia and we also known as the “Happy Tree”. Our team’s topic was “Improving Personalized Services in Singapore Spas”. We decided on this topic after identifying the service failures in Singapore Spas through our personal experiences and research. Our team worked unanimously with everyone contributing significantly to the project. Additionally, our biggest challenge was to coordinate the report together as there were just so much to write within a limited word count. However, we managed to complete our given tasks promptly. My main role in the project was to choreograph the training video and arrange the interviews with the respective spa personnel.
